Check your spam folder (sometimes the tickets get lost there)
MY NAME IS NOT ON THE TICKET. CAN I USE IT?
Yes, at the entrance unique barcode of the ticket to be scanned. The name on it does not matter (only occasionally the ticket can be registered, as you will be notified when ordering). Therefore, you can easily buy tickets for your friends and family provided with the details of your purchase (i.e original email from “Us” during ticket purchase)
CAN I RE-ENTER IN AFTER EXIT THE VENUE?
Yes, you may re-enter the venue as long as you have your wristband on all the time.
WHAT EXPERIENCES OFFERED DURING THE CONCERT?
More than just music! There’s also interesting activities and good food during the concert.
CAN I BRING MY KIDS?
Participants below 18 are allowed to enter the venue with guidance or consent from parents or guardians.
CAN I BRING MY DSLR TO THE CONCERT?
No, only SLR or FILM cameras are allowed.
