Refund Policy



Cancellation or Postponement


  1. Cancellation. If an event is cancelled by the organiser, you will be eligible for a full refund, including any applicable fees. We will initiate the refund process automatically, and you will receive the refund to the original payment method used for the purchase.


  1. Postponement. If an event is postponed or rescheduled, your tickets will generally be valid for the new date. If you cannot attend the rescheduled date, you may be eligible for a refund. Please follow the instructions provided in the event notification or contact our customer support for further assistance.


Refund Requests


  1. Timeframe. Refund requests must be submitted within a specified timeframe. The time frame varies depending on the event and will be clearly communicated to you in the event notification or on our website. Requests submitted after the specified deadline may not be eligible for a refund.


  1. Ticket Channels. Refund requests can only be processed for tickets purchased through our official website or authorised ticketing channels. If you purchased your tickets through a third-party vendor or reseller, please refer to their refund policy and contact them directly.


Non-Refundable Situations


  1. Change of Plans. If your plans change and you can no longer attend the concert, we are unable to provide refunds for personal reasons, such as scheduling conflicts or travel difficulties.


  1. Tickets Not Used. If you have purchased tickets but did not use them for any reason, we are unable to provide a refund.




Merchandise Refund Policy


  1. Eligibility. We offer refunds for defective or damaged merchandise. To be eligible for a refund, please notify us within 3 days of receiving the merchandise.


  1. Refund Process. To request a refund for merchandise, please contact our customer support team in our email with your order details, a clear description and must be in the form of video the defect or damage. Our team will guide you through the refund process.


  1. Return and Exchange. Depending on the situation and product availability, we may offer a refund or exchange for the defective or damaged merchandise. If an exchange is not possible, a refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase only if the damaged merchandise were caused by us.


  1. Return Shipping. If a return is required, we will provide you with return instructions. Shipping charges (including return orders) are non-refundable.
